Family & Community Engagement Specialist - Region 9 (Champaign & Ford Counties)

The Family & Community Engagement Specialist for Region 9 will support the Regional Council Manager by engaging parent/family leadership, parent/family decision-making, and the co-creation of solutions in the local Early Childhood Education and Care landscape. Responsibilities include: working to ensure parent/family voice is at the center of all decisions; driving alignment with other partners in the Region; facilitating consistent feedback mechanisms between families, the community, and the entire Birth to Five Illinois network; and coordinating and facilitating focus groups, interviews, and large group meetings. The Region 9 Family & Community Engagement Specialist will report to the Region 9 Council Manager, must live or have experience in the boundaries of the Region (Champaign & Ford Counties), and must be productive in a hybrid work environment.

Administrative Support - Region 3 (Bond, Christian, Effingham, Fayette & Montgomery Counties)

The Regional Administrative Support for Region 3 will provide administrative assistance to the Regional Office (e.g., drafting memos, preparing presentations, answering email inquiries and voicemails), manage projects of all sizes, assist with the communications and meeting logistics for the Region's Action and Family Councils, work with internal staff to compile regional data, input data and maintain databases, and fulfill other duties as assigned. The Administrative Support for Region 3 will report to the Region 3 Council Manager, must live or have experience in the boundaries of the Region (Bond, Christian, Effingham, Fayette & Montgomery Counties), and must be productive in a hybrid work environment.

Administrative Support - Region 20 (Edwards, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Pope, Saline, Wabash, Wayne & White Counties)

The Regional Administrative Support for Region 20 will provide administrative assistance to the Regional Office (e.g., drafting memos, preparing presentations, answering email inquiries and voicemails), manage projects of all sizes, assist with the communications and meeting logistics for the Region's Action and Family Councils, work with internal staff to compile regional data, input data and maintain databases, and fulfill other duties as assigned. The Administrative Support for Region 20 will report to the Region 29 Council Manager, must live or have experience in the boundaries of the Region (Edwards, Gallatin, Hamilton, Hardin, Pope, Saline, Wabash, Wayne & White Counties), and must be productive in a hybrid work environment.
