Regional Council Manager - Region 11 (Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie & Shelby Counties)
The Regional Council Manager for Region 11 will be responsible for maintaining a Regional Office; supporting the work of the Region's Action and Family Council; and partnering with Local Early Childhood Collaborations, Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) providers, and the larger community. Key to success is someone who understands the demographics and dynamics of their Region and has a working knowledge of ECEC services and support systems. The Regional Council Manager will coordinate a Regional Action Council and Family Council that engages the full suite of resources in the Region towards ensuring all families can access high-quality ECEC services that meet their needs. Understanding the principals of collective impact, community-driven change, and community organizing are preferred. The Regional Council Manager for Region 11 will report to the Assistant Director, must live or have experience in the boundaries of the Region (Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie and Shelby Counties), and must be productive in a hybrid work environment.
Family & Community Engagement Specialist - Region 11 (Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie & Shelby Counties)
The Family and Community Engagement Specialist for Region 11 will play a vital role in establishing and nurturing the foundation of support for the Early Childhood Regional and Community System in the area. Key to success is a candidate who brings experience working in the community as a conduit for family voice with a belief in the value of the collective impact model. Responsibilities include: working to ensure parent/family input is at the center of all decisions; driving alignment with other partners in the Region; facilitating consistent feedback mechanisms between families, the community, and the entire Birth to Five Illinois network; and coordinating and facilitating focus groups, interviews, and large group meetings. The Family and Community Engagement Specialist for Region 11 will report to the Region 11 Council Manager, must live or have experience in the boundaries of the Region (Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie & Shelby Counties), and must be productive in a hybrid work environment.

Administrative Support - Region 11 (Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie & Shelby Counties)
The Regional Administrative Support for Region 11 will provide administrative assistance to the Regional Office (e.g., drafting memos, preparing presentations, answering email inquiries and voicemails), manage projects of all sizes, assist with the communications and meeting logistics for the Region's Action and Family Councils, work with internal staff to compile regional data, input data and maintain databases, and fulfill other duties as assigned. The Administrative Support for Region 11 will report to the Region 11 Council Manager, must live or have experience in the boundaries of the Region (Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie, and Shelby Counties) and must be productive in a hybrid work environment.
